La Perla is your 3 bedroom, tropical boho chic beachy designed new villa! This villa has a salt water pool, large pampering spaces that blend the outdoor and indoor together, collection of arts from around the world, 3 masters each with its distinct design, a TV gallery space, a chef’s hi-end kitchen with absolutely everything one can dream of for hosting and cooking! An open space, bright living area and huge lush tropical garden that surrounds the villa for a great local animal watching! Our guests have seen monkeys, birds, iguanas, and racoons among others.

THE LOCATION

Located at North Santa Teresa, a quiet and not industrial, lux sought after neighbourhood, our recent new neighbor is former twitter owner, Our beachside villa has a private quiet path to a nearly private beach, with mermaids pools and gorgeous sunsets watching, a short walk to the surf break and beach restaurant RocaMar. 5 min from hip and stylish beach boutiques and cafes. You will feel in your own hidden Gem tucked in the jungle, but really you will be only 5 minutes drive from the center of town and surf, and 2 min walking to the beach!
THE EXPERIENCE

Pura Vida life made easy! A relaxed escape where time stops, lounging around the pool area watching the birds, then taking a small walk to the beach to stroll towards the next door beach restaurant for sunset with friends, and sunset surf session. Then walking back home, taking an evening pool dip, plunging in the outdoor bath, then hosting friends or family and cooking at the gorgeous kitchen. Letting the day go by.

THE DESIGN

To create the ultimate beach boho style Hi end villa, We have used natural local materials such as thatched roofs that are composed of sun dried coconut palm leaves, which are hand sewn into intricate layers, Local bamboos and local wood. Art from around the world around the house, hi quality fabrics, linens, and soaps all were thought into the last detail. Our beautiful tropical garden was designed to feel as untouched as possible and blend perfectly together.
